Assignment # 1) Follow these steps to work on a Reading Webquest

1) Go to http://www.davis.k12.ut.us/sweber/lsmith/bookmarks/READING%20WEB%20QUEST.html

2) You will find the Reading Webquest. It consists of 10 questions.

3) Pick 5 questions you would like to answer, except question #5.

4) Copy the questions you chose on your Reading Journal.

5) Click on the link of the questions you will work on and read the texts the links will take you to answer the questions.

6) Copy the answers on your Reading Journal


Assignment # 2: ) Go to http://www.magickeys.com/books/happen/index.html

Read the story, It Could Happen... by Carol Moore, then answer the following questions on your Reading Journal:

1) What is the main idea of the story?

2) Write 2 main events.

3) Describe the conflict in detail. How was the conflict solved?

Today students will not be required to do the daily Journal Entry.
