As the weather gets warmer, many students have been complaining of headaches or not feeling well. This are very much symptoms of dehydration. Students are not drinking as much water as they should be. It is recommended that we drink 6-8 glasses of water a day - more if we are exercising or it is warm outside.
Please ensure that your child is bringing a waterbottle to school every day, so that we may encourage them to stay hydrated, avoiding unneccessary headaches and sickness.
ALSO...
We have been going through MANY whiteboard markers, as students use them on a daily basis. Our supply has run short! Please send 2 whiteboard markers to school with your child so that we may replenish our stash.
Thank you for your assistance!
